Basit came to our home and explained the process in detail. His team was at our home within the hour. They taped everything well to avoid dust and contamination. They bagged and removed all the old insulation, sanitize the attic, and rodent proof the home from outside and inside. They were very professional & easy to work with.

Tre came and looked at my attic space and made recommendations. Crew came a few days later and finished all the work in a timely manner and cleaned up incredibly well. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.

This was the second time we have used Attic Crawl, and they were once again excellent. They first came out for the walk-through prior to the estimate, and that was extremely thorough. We were lucky that they had a cancellation since they were able to start working two days after that initial visit. They came in to remove old insulation in a difficult-to-reach area in our finished attic. They put up plastic barriers to contain any dust, plastic on the stairs and by the front door so no dirt would be tracked on the floor from their shoes, had an industrial vacuum cleaner, and got everything cleaned beautifully. Following that, and the removal of bag after bag of the old material, they perfectly installed the new insulation, again in a very difficult location--especially given the presence of a large air conditioning unit. Attic Crawl comes highly recommended.

Atticrawl was the best possible contractor I could have found for this job. They came same-day to assess the job and prepare an estimate, gave me their best price, then 3 days later on the day before Thanksgiving, they reduced it by another $1,000 ("Black Friday Special"!). Then a truck with four professional installers and all necessary supplies came at 8:45AM the next day on Thanksgiving and by 2:00PM my entire attic was completely and perfectly insulated. Bonus: before they started, the installers did an impeccable job covering the necessary areas of my home in plastic sheeting, and after they left everything was perfectly clean and there was no evidence that they had even been there. --- Benjamin, Ryan, Andres, and the entire team at Atticrawl were professional, efficient, quick, and just completely perfect - I could not be more satisfied. I could not be happier than I am with the service I received from Atticrawl. Our attic had been 'home' to both squirrels and racoons for months. When they 'checked out' we called Atticrawl to undo the damage. Eli came to our home to assess our situation. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional and very well-experienced. I immediately had CONFIDENCE in Atticrawl. He drew up a thorough and detailed plan to resolve ALL of the damage and mess the animals made, and another plan to seal off anyplace that they may have used to get into our attic. Everything that he promised me, was done a few days later, and the price was right!!! Our work team consisted of Manuel, Anthony, Marcelo and David. They were the nicest, and hardest working contractors I have ever seen. They were so good at their job, it was completed to perfection in a few hours! When I look at the before and after pictures of my attic, I can hardly believe my eyes. My attic now looks sparkling clean, with all new insulation, and no sign of our 'visitors!' Initial tech was very confident about effectiveness of proposed services. Techs arrived promptly next morning, but services initially discussed were not fully performed (one area was skipped) and squirrel remained in attic.

"[Member Name Removed], Upon inspection, our technician determined there were squirrels living in your attic, which was not at all accessible. He offered you the recommended option of removing the ceilings and cleaning out the activity and to ensure nothing was hiding anywhere in the inaccessible attic. This is what was necessary to ensure proper remediation. After discussing, you informed our technician that this option was out of your budget and the alternative he offered you was to seal holes with no guarantee as we would not be taking all the necessary steps to ensure the squirrels are gone, but this is what you preferred and opted for. He was very transparent with what was possible to accomplish with this option, as it would be the minimum amount of work to hopefully get rid of the issue. After the job it seems you had a squirrel get back in or chew their way out, as there was still lots of activity attracting them to the space. You reached out to our tech and he reiterated what was necessary to do and that we can even work with you on the price for that project. While we appreciate your feedback, we wish you would consider being more up front about the occurrence, as we do go out of our way to be as straightforward a company as possible and mention potential risks of projects. From estimate to job completion, it was a wonderful experience. I felt that Joe was thorough and professional in his estimate and took the time to explain what was and wasn't going on in my attic and the service that his company could provide. They were a tiny more expensive than their competitors (I always get multiple estimates) but I felt I would get a trustworthy service from Atticrawl because I felt comfortable with what Joe was explaining. Francisco and his four-man crew arrived super early (6:45 am although they waited until 7:05 am to ring the bell) and wasted no time prepping my house from the door to the attic (in the master closet) with plastic and tarps. They weren’t able to get the screen out of my window so they were forced to haul all the bags of old insulation down the steps and out the front door. They were very efficient with their time with Francisco sharing photos with me once all the baffles were in and the space was emptied out and cleaned. They then added the new insulation, removed all the plastic and tarps and vacuumed my house wherever they had tramped. They didn’t leave a scrap of debris or anything behind inside or outside my house. Great job! They were done and gone by 12:30 pm. I would like to thank Joe, Francisco and his team for a job well done!

Very positive experience. Insulation in the attic of our 1955 ranch style house was old, filthy and severely inadequate. Eli came out on a Sunday to inspect the attic as well as our crawl space. After a very thorough inspection he provided a line item estimate for removing and replacing the old insulation as well as plugging up gaps, sanitizing, rodent proofing as well as rubbish removal from the crawl space. He had an opening due to a cancellation only three days away. I was happy to take the appointment and Eli gave a slight discount off his estimate as a flexibility reward. Crew showed up on time on the appointed day. Put up lots of protective material before starting dirty work. I was at work while the job was completed. Came home to a beautifully reinsulated attic and squeaky clean crawl space. This project has been on my to do list for years. Happy to have it done and very happy with Atticrawl. Highly recommend.

I used Atticrawl for one of my historically old buildings, thought raccoons where entering to the attic. the smell of death was horrendous!!!! Luckily into the incredibly thorough cleanout and removal down to the insulation they found it to be squirrels . they sealed all access points and shared photos. Fantastic customer service communications with Ryan Abraham before during and after the job! He even shared photos of the chimney seal so my husband didn't have to go on the roof !!!! FIVE STARS!!!!

They were prompt. Quiet and professional. Covered all of my flooring with drop cloths & plastic. Covered my furniture in plastic. Job was completed in less than 5 hours with three men. Initially the wrong insulation was brought to the job at no ones fault. The updated contract was not forwarded to the Crew Leader Julian. After I pointed out that it was the wrong insulation (R30) immediately drove to Woodbridge to obtain the correct insulation. They cleaned up beautifully! After they were gone, I feared that some mold may have been missed. When I called Mark Goldberg he made an appointment to come himself the very next day. Personally he wiped down all of the attic walls again with the bleach germicidal. Thank you Mark and Crew! Definitely recommend this company.

Discovered that my 680 sq ft attic had a nasty bat/mice infestation. After rodent removal/entry sealing was completed by my pest control company, I contracted Atticrawl (utilizing coupon offer discount) to remove the feces-contaminated (blown) insulation, seal up air gap holes with expanding foam, install eave baffles, spray disinfectant on the cleared surface, and install R30 faced batts insulation. Ryan was very thorough in his estimate analysis, not hesitating to navigate my floorless attic and identifying two additional potential entry points/weaknesses requiring sealing with galvanized mesh (attic fan opening and vent windows). Marlon and his crew were very punctual, friendly, and got right down to business, encouraging me to take a look at their progress at each step of the way. Covered all access paths/areas with plastic and left my house spotless. What a difference peace of mind can make. Happy to recommend!

We were having a problem with critter noises in our attic, blunting our ability to sleep through the night. We contacted several companies, but Atticrawl was the first to respond & offered a free inspection & evaluation. When Joe came, we were immediately struck by his professionalism & his knowledge. His eval showed a LOT more than the birds who decided to nest & have babies up there! We don't use the space, so it had basically not been looked at in 17 years. Joe noted the insufficient insulation, the damage from water, the mouse tunnels from previous infestations, some mold growth, and the lack of sealing of cracks and other entry points, including the one that the sparrows got through. So when Joe managed to get us on the schedule two days later at a significant discount, we made the difficult decision to go ahead with the project, despite the craziness in the world due to Covid-19. Fernando & his crew came and were quick, efficient, respectful of our space & thorough. Just as Joe had done 2 days prior, we were given pictures of the job throughout the day, waiting for our approval to continue to next steps. They guys went over and above, sealing entry points with mesh & foam that we didn't even see on Monday. You will find this a significant cost investment, but if you need any remediation of your attic, these are the guys to call! Thanks for all you did for us!

I recently reached out to 5 companies in my area for attic cleaning. 2 never responded, 1 was abrupt with me and 1 was ridiculously priced. Then David from Atticrawl came to my home. Not only was I given a fair price, the work was impeccable. Within an hour of my estimate a team showed up at my home, treated my home with care and tore up my attic in minutes, removed old insulation, super vacuumed, filled all gaps, sanitized, installed new installation, replaced the floor, etc etc. Phenomenal work, workers and company. I had a really great experience with this company! Ryan A. came out to inspect our attic to provide a quote for the work. He was extremely professional and explained options clearly. Atticrawl was able to schedule the work even more quickly than I anticipated which worked out great for us and they completed the removal and installation all in one day. Their crew arrived at the expected time and worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job. They left everything as clean as when they arrived as well. Expensive but necessary and worth it. Everything was professional from beginning to end. The inspection performed by Mark confirmed my suspicion that the attic needed to be decontaminated and rodent-proofed. Walking around my attic was tricky because the existing cellulose insulation was too thick and made it difficult to see where to step. Among four other companies that I hired for a free inspection, Mark was the only one who was able to walk around and inspect the attic by carefully sweeping aside the existing insulation. He informed me the pros and cons. The major con was that the existing insulation (which was recently installed by another company, Coastal Insulation) needed to be replaced. I also learned that there were no baffles installed even though this was part of the contract I had with the other company. I had no idea. In order to alleviate the expenses, Mark called the office and was able to get me a considerable discount and waived some fees. On top of that, he was able to accommodate an appointment for me within a week of the inspection. On the day of the job, the workers came on time (it was raining that day). They all wore biohazard suits and booties and carefully covered the floor, stairs and furniture with plastic. The lead worker, Francisco, constantly informed me of concerns, showed me pictures and answered my questions. They finished the job within 5 hours. Francisco vacuumed my stairs and the crew was sweeping my front yard at the end of the day. Mark also returned to ensure everything was done correctly. I had to request a follow-up appointment two weeks later to make sure that the baffles are in place after one night when it was extremely windy. Mark was unavailable but Joseph arrived and was just as professional. He assured me that the baffles are indeed intact and he inspected the rest of the attic to make sure nothing was disturbed. If you need peace of mind for an expensive but necessary home improvement, then Atticrawl is definitely worth it.
