Horrible. Difficult to contact after first work is done. Products don't work. Still finding bugs everywhere

I called for services because we are having ant issues (among other things) and I was hoping someone could identify where the problem was coming from. Ben Santos came and did such an amazing job. He described everything and really listened to our concerns and took great care looking for where the problem may stem from. We had multiple issues and we had scheduled a tick treatment as well and he was able to complete all that we asked for. It is still too early to determine if everything worked but thankful for his knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. My appt was betweenn10:00-2:00. He didn’t show up u til 3:30. Hr an half late. I coukd not wait for him. Left the bill on my door. Not sure what he did or if he did anything at all.

The price was very fair and great customer service. They explained everything in detail and helped resolve a bee issue. I also needed a quarterly job set up. They were very professional and seemed excited to be doing the job.
