Ace Bedbug Exterminating

After a week of disturbed sleep worrying about a bed bug situation, I contacted Ace Bed Bug. I had been in the apt of a good friend who unknowingly had bed bugs and I got bitten! I was horrified and rushed home only to worry that I brought them back with me. I called Ace and Luis immediately picked up the phone and was at my house by 8 AM that day after hearing my anxious voice. Luis is wonderful...a very reassuring and professional individual who listened carefully and empathetically to my hyper anxious concerns. He inspected all my furniture and asked where else I would like him to look. Thankfully, he did not find any bedbugs, but gave me great advice about how to spot and avoid them showing me an illustration of what the life cycle of a bed bug looks like and where to find them. I never realized how much an exterminator needs to be a therapist in these situations ....LOL. I highly recommend Luis for his skilled experience, kindness , promptness and patience. Thank You Luis!

Luis is amazing!!! I called him about 5:00 AM because I was bit and had found a bed bug .... He arrived the same day about 7:00 AM.... He checked all areas in my house and confirmed I had traces of bed bugs.... I freaked out and was traumatized because this had never happened to me. He was going to treat my home at that moment but I had an engagement to attend to so he came 2 days later when I was able to have him come. He arrived on time, treated the areas of my home that he suggested; once he treated my home, I have not been bitten at all!!! He was thorough, bagged everything that needed bagging, put all furniture back as it was, and best of all NOOOOOO smell of the product that was used. A month later he called to follow up on the work he had done, which I lost track of due to hectic schedule, but he kept his word on coming back a month later and I am all clear and not a trace of any bed bugs. He gets a 20 out of 10 from me and the work he promises and stands by that he does! will recommend him to anyone who may need an exterminator. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Luis!!!

My family unfortunately brought home bed bugs from a hotel, found while unpacking. Luis worked us in same day I called so our few bed bugs did not turn into hundreds before we got treated. Excellent service and no more bug bites

After 3 â exterminationâ sâ by another company, Ace came on a Sunday and did the job right away. The previous exterminator spent about 15 minutes in the apartment (they left before our car service arrived). Ace was there for over an hour. All I had to do was remove the bedding. Everything else was done by Luis (CEO of Ace) .
