Really appreciated his help. Great guy, knows his business and was extra careful as if it was his own house to make sure nothing got damaged while transporting the old and new tanks. "If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"I do not recommend this company. I contacted Arctic Air Conditioning and Plumbing for a simple leak in my toilet and kitchen sink. They charged a $140 diagnostic fee, which I agreed to — assuming it would be applied toward the repair as many other companies do. However, when the technician arrived, he inspected both issues (which were minor and didn’t require any major parts) and then quoted over $1,000 to fix them. This was shocking and completely unreasonable. No repairs were done, but I was still charged the full $140 just for the visit. Their pricing was way out of line compared to other plumbers in the area. The lack of transparency and the inflated quote felt like a bait-and-switch. Be careful before booking — I suggest finding a more honest and reasonably priced plumber."

"In November of 2024, the house needed major plumbing work such as replacing a 50 + year old boiler, leaky bathroom faucet and sink, old basement utility sink, gate valves, and installing the line for the new refrigerator ice and water dispenser. He sent highly experienced, talented, and trained expert plumbing professionals and a electrician to do the work. After it was all done, I can honestly say that I'm extremely satisfied with quality of the work. As a licensed boiler operator, witnessed this outstanding work. "They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"
