Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. "Got ridiculous $10-15k quotes for whole home water purification and was about to spend that when A1 contacted me. Told me about nuances of the various systems. After doing some more research myself, I concluded that they were right. Others were quoting 5-step purifiers with very limited marginal improvement. Went with the whole house salt treatment tank and reverse osmosis for kitchen. Been about a year now and 0 problems. Cost about the $3k range. Only problem I have is that they did not do a water test post fact to prove the solution is working. So I gotta do my own from someone else."
