She was excellent throughout the process of designing the whole remodel and making suggestions for the selection of appropriate materials and appliances. This is our first kitchen renovation. Gene’s strength is to work collaboratively with his client to ensure the project meets the customer’s expectation. This project changed a couple of times based on what we found during demolition. Gene provided options and was always upfront about the cost of each option. We set out a schedule and the crew showed up on time for the day and on schedule for the week. "We had a very large project done: a 2nd floor addition to our raised ranch residence that doubled the size of our home. Built-Well Builders was very accommodating and worked with our budget. Contractor Grant is very personable, relatable, and friendly to talk to while working out all the details. Key is keeping communication throughout for extended long projects such as this addition my family had. Built-Well has remarkable teams who brought so much knowledge and expertise working each aspect of the project. There were some mistakes a long the way. Grant and his team handled them well. Pivoting where needed while keeping us updated. Overall, we are happy with the work. We now have a beautiful new home when we needed it most!"

"The exterior door installation went well and was completed on time. Ryan’s helper called out and did not come the day the job was scheduled but Ryan was still able to complete the job as scheduled, alone. We decided to use Indigo because Ryan was more knowledgeable about door installation and the types of doors available that we could purchase. His estimate included plans to carefully remove our relatively new storm door so he could re-install it after the new exterior door was finished. Ryan was very communicative and helpful to us to get the job done right. We will likely use Indigo’s services again when we have another project. Muriel and Ray"

"Santo has now completed the replacement of all doors in our home. Which looks so beautiful and makes our home more up to date and provides such a clean look. Santo installed a new hard wood floor in our entire main floor level. He went to the flooring store to help us pick out the flooring and he was able to advise the flooring rep of exactly what flooring and materials were needed to complete the job. He built valances for our kitchen windows, patio door, and hung the new blinds for us which look fabulous. In addition to providing more storage space for us, he built a coat rack and shelf for my husband's hats in our basement. Saved us space and it looks great as well as being very functional. He built a covering made of wood and placed it around the base of our fireplace to hide speaker wires and it is simply beautiful. Santo is excellent in all that he does and is an expert woodsmen. He is very flexible and will work with your schedule. I HIGHLY recommend him for whatever your home repair needs are. Our friends and family are always complimenting the transformation he made to our home."
