He was very knowledgeable and went over todays service, pricing and continued service. I highly recommend Jusin and calling Inspect Pest Control to assit with any pest issues you may have. "Anchor Pest Control and Lewis in particular have been extremely professional and helpful. Was looking for a regular pest control contract and reached out to several companies. Anchor pest control stood out in their clear responses, and treatment schedule and speed as well cost. Lewis was very professional and always prompt in returning any calls/questions I had. Would definitely recommend them."

"As a real estate agent, I recently worked with Frank Vargas from Bright Environmental on a time-sensitive situation involving a tenant complaint that escalated to a HUD inspection. One of the key issues was a reported roach problem that needed immediate attention. Frank was incredibly professional from start to finish. He understood the urgency and sensitivity of the situation right away and took swift, decisive action. What really stood out was his responsiveness—he assessed and addressed the issue in less than 24 hours, which is critical when dealing with compliance-related matters. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, and handled everything with a high level of professionalism. In situations like this, having someone reliable and knowledgeable makes all the difference, and Frank delivered. I would highly recommend Frank and Bright Environmental to anyone in need of prompt, effective, and professional pest control services—especially in high-pressure situations."

"The actual gutter cleaning itself was top notch. When the cleaners left, they put a message on my door indicating that I have an issue with my roof. I called customer service and was greeted by a high-pressure salesman. They wanted to spray my roof down with a cleaner for $650 to "control organic matter buildup". I almost laughed at the salesman. I live in the Southeastern Forest. Organic matter... really? This felt too much like an attempt at a money grab. Their customer service is nice enough but their aggressive sales tactics are a turn off. I will look for smaller businesses in the future."

"I had a fantastic experience with Ehrlich Southeast. Their customer service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they ensured my property was pest-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services."
