i cannot comment on the price for we did not seek other bids, but it was certainly a job that i could not do and in the end you could not see any evidence of repairs, so for me it was well worth it.

I contracted the Overstate's team to have the job done and was not disappointed. They ware respectful of my home, cleaned up after the job and worked quickly. "Danny and his team are the best. His prices are reasonable. He is very honest. He starts his jobs very early, he explains the work that will be done, he is very particular and detail oriented. He makes sure that the job is done correctly. Danny has extensive knowledge about homes. He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up when he was finished. There is nothing that he cannot do. And most of all, he is a very nice and courteous person. I will be contacting him again for additional projects."

"Ricardo called the next day and he met with me as agreed. His bid was the most fair for a Great room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 11 stairs, foyer and entertainment room. He also agreed to do the job as requested over a two week period. He helped us move heavy furniture which not many would do. He and his crew were very nice. The floors came out Great! Thanks"

And they even vacuumed after removing all the drop cloths which I thought was a nice touch! "Wow. There is no one like Alan D Drake when it comes to a fair price and quality work. He and his crew painted the exterior of our house. They did such a great job, we hired them to paint the interior and to redo the hardwood floors throughout. The painters were amazing and did an outstanding job painting all of the ceilings, walls, and trim of ten rooms and hallways. It looks like a new house! All the floors were completely refinished and look beautiful. Alan made sure things were done right and was responsive to all requests. He is an honest businessman and his workers have all been experienced, professional, and friendly.
