i cannot comment on the price for we did not seek other bids, but it was certainly a job that i could not do and in the end you could not see any evidence of repairs, so for me it was well worth it.

I contracted the Overstate's team to have the job done and was not disappointed. They ware respectful of my home, cleaned up after the job and worked quickly. "Ricardo was responsive to my first inquiry, prompt and professional in meeting me to view the apartment and provide an estimate.  I was moving into a new apartment.  The floors were in good shape, but dirty and scuffed from normal wear and tear. I wanted pristine floors when I moved in. I was on an extremely tight timeline. Ricardo recommended a deep clean and recoating.  He was very clear in explaining what it would do in terms of eliminating scuffs, and also what it wouldn't do (for example, a few deeper scratches from furniture moving that could only be removed through resanding.) His crew worked extremely quickly and the floors looked beautiful.  My painters were able to start the next morning.

They completed the job in the time that was quoted without rushing anything. They did a fantastic job on everything they painted including walls, ceiling, windows, doors, and all trim. They took great care to prep the walls and ceiling so the final product was as perfect as it could be. They covered everything with drop cloths and plastic so there was very little dust and no mess. And they even vacuumed after removing all the drop cloths which I thought was a nice touch!
