It was terrible. Painter lied about the quality of paint used also when the tape in the garage peeled from the ceiling that he had done he informed me there is no guarantee on the work and would not even come to look at the problem, however he did say he would charge me to repair his faulty...
He ran 4 new electrical lines to ceilings and installed ceiling fans in each of the four rooms. He also replaced one ceiling fan in the Master Bedroom with newer one. Everything was completed within the same day and the quality of work provided was excellent.

Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. They clearly don't care about taking care of their customers.
