"Ricardo and his workers did an excellent job. Since I am sensitive to chemicals and dust, it was well worth the additional cost to use a dustless sander and water-based poly. Ricardo went to a lot of extra effort to demonstrate on areas of the floor how the different stain colors would look. He also recommended changing the metal a/c duct grates in the floor to flush-fitted wooden grates, stained to match the floor. Not cheap, but they make an enormous difference in the finished product. I am very happy how the floors turned out & would use 5 Star again."

There was also the removal of a pop corn ceiling, replacement of a bathroom ceiling and dry wall replacement. All of this came at a cost less than I expected and he remained personable throughout the entire job. Also, pop corn ceiling removal is a messy job and his clean-up of the space at completion was remarkable. I would hire him again."
