i cannot comment on the price for we did not seek other bids, but it was certainly a job that i could not do and in the end you could not see any evidence of repairs, so for me it was well worth it.

"I closed on a house that had wall-to-wall carpet in most of the rooms a week before going on vacation. I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. I had 2 other estimates and his price was the most reasonable. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting.
