DO NOT USE Howard and Lincambri Painting!!! They have painted all of my families homes and thought we can trust him...no way!!! He came for our walk through and told him things that had to be fixed and he was mad about them. They painted all over my recessed lights and didn't even tape. He then wouldn't return my calls or texts. He also wanted 75% up front before he did a thing and of course cash! Sorry but I am not paying for your employees...use your own money for that. Stay away from them and get a real painter who is their for their customers and especially REPEAT customers!!

You can't do better, in my opinion. Price is reasonable and quality of work is very high. They took care of wallpaper removal, popcorn ceiling removal, drywall repair and painted my entire place. Howard and his team are extremely reliable, detailed, thorough and clean. He doesn't overcharge and did an amazing job removing the popcorn ceilings from my entire place - which has sloped, high and angled ceilings with various cuts - and his estimate for that portion of the work was much lower than anyone else's.

Howard and his team did a great job. Most professional paint job I've had in over 20 years of owning my house. His crew not only painted but we're detail oriented to find every repair needed. Would use them again 100%

I couldn't be happier or more impressed. Howard and his team showed up on time, were professional in the prep and paintwork and were respectful of my space and busy home environment. They completed the job in the time that was quoted without rushing anything. They did a fantastic job on everything they painted including walls, ceiling, windows, doors, and all trim. They took great care to prep the walls and ceiling so the final product was as perfect as it could be. They covered everything with drop cloths and plastic so there was very little dust and no mess. And they even vacuumed after removing all the drop cloths which I thought was a nice touch! Howard is a straightforward guy who's easy to talk to and offers reasonable prices, especially for the quality and speed of service. He did his best to squeeze this job into my very short timeline. He's the kind of owner you wish all owners could be. Attentive, detail-oriented, considerate and straightforward. No lip service, no B.S. Thanks, Howard and team for making this project so much easier on me! My wife and I thank you! You're my painter from now on!

Painting is one of those projects that many DIYers tackle themselves because it's seemingly not very complicated and seemingly a great way to save money and headaches. That said, Howard and his crew might change your perspective on this entirely. From start to finish, from having an initial consultation talk, down to rolling up the last drop cloth, Howard and his crew were prompt, professional and paid excellent attention to detail. He shows up when he says he will, charges a fair price for his services, and most importantly takes ownership and pride in his craft. They were very considerate of our freshly installed flooring and made sure to keep a clean workspace. While some might consider taking on painting themselves, if you're reading this you're obviously debating the merits of hiring a pro. With Howard and his team, you get all the benefits you should expect, without the the horror stories you may fear. One word of caution- Some people are shmoozers. He is not. (and I mean that in the best of ways.) He's a man of few words and he does what he says he'll do. IF you want a shmoozer, look elsewhere. If you want a great painter, I strongly recommend.

Howard and his crew did a great job removing decades-old wallpaper from our foyer, stairway, upstairs hallway and master bedroom. They then repaired the drywall, skim-coated everything, and primed and painted the walls. They also primed and painted (with three coats) all the upstairs bedroom doors and closet doors and trim, which had been previously stained and varnished with a very dark finish. And they did it all in two days. They were fast, professional, and neat.

We just moved to the Manalapan, NJ and needed to paint our home before we moved in. We were looking for a local pro to handle the job and found Lincambri Painting. They responded quickly and professionally with a reasonable price and completion of work. They showed up on time, explained the entire process and left the work site clean. It went very well. They were punctual, professional and did a beautiful job!

Overall, highly professional work - wall patches were done well, unrecognizable after painting. Sharp cuts between walls and molding, and ceiling and walls. Everyone was also respectful of the rest of the home.

It went well

We contracted twice with Lincambri Painting recently for interior painting in preparation for putting our home on the market. The first time was to paint our kitchen, family room, and stairway/foyer/upper landing combo. A short time later they came out to paint our living room and master bedroom. Each case involved wallpaper removal as well as painting the walls, ceiling and trim. Howard, the owner, was very professional and personable throughout the process, and offered helpful suggestions in terms of finish type and where removal of the old wallpaper made sense in terms of our resale objectives. Quotes for both jobs were complete and provided quickly. On both occasions Howard's team arrived on time and fully prepared. They did a very good job of wall prep and painting, and completed the work expeditiously and without undue disruption for my wife or myself. They cleaned up and replaced the furniture as expected. Both times Howard and his son were present and assisted to make sure our painting needs (color, finish, hole repairs) and furniture movement/protection and replacement were done right. For the second visit, Howard agreed to replace and repaint a section of the stairwell drywall when it became evident after the first paint job that the pre-existing drywall condition resulted in some visible waves. He did that for a nominal additional charge. My wife and I were very happy with the work Lincambri Painting did for us and would definitely recommend them. In fact, we plan to have them back to do some exterior work when the weather warms up a bit.

After several estimates from contractors for the removal of 35 year old wallpaper that covered the majority of our house, we seriously started considering replacing all of the sheetrock instead. Not until we met Howard, did we feel confident we were in good hands. He assured us of the pride he takes his work and he would not disappoint us. Not to mention, his quote was extremely fair. After he and his team started removing the paper, they quickly realized that it was glued directly to the sheetrock. This meant they had to skim coat nearly every wall. Even this huge curve ball didn’t deter Howard. He didn’t ask for more money and didn’t renege on his promise of quality. Ultimately, Howard completed the job on time, on budget, and it looks better than we imagined. Thank you Howard and crew!!

Howard did a terrific job with our house and the small apartment for older family members. They workers seem professional and meticulous with their painting. They were careful not to damage any furniture or accidently have any paint stain anything. They finished the job within the time Howard had estimated

Howard and his team lived up to his reviews and exceeded our expectations with the project. The quality of the workmanship was top-notch and the pricing was fair. Howard was courteous, friendly and very professional and treated my mom very well. We original hired Howard to remove some wallpaper and paint a few rooms in a house my mom was selling. However, do the quality of the workmanship we expanded the scope to painting almost all the interior as well as the basement. Howard also suggested ideas on how to deal with a textured ceiling which saved my mom money and shortened the duration to the project. We were so impressed that we hired Howard again to paint the whole interior of the new house my mom bought. We will definitely use him again for any of our future painting needs.
