"The contractor, Robert, arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to accomplish everything we wanted within the one day. I was impressed with the work ethic, and even though they charge on an hourly rate there was no idle time which we had encountered with other handyman services. We discussed the scope of work early in the day and Robert scheduled everything so he was constantly working and not waiting, for example while the leveling compound was drying the exterior painting was being worked on.
