"I am very happy with Mike’s work! Mike renovated my basement which included removing the ceiling and installing a new laminate floor. I had concerns about how to get the flooring under the new boiler and water heater but he and Jeff did a terrific job. They had to work to even out the floor and attach baseboard molding to a concrete wall and everything turned out beautiful! Mike also installed a new bathroom vanity which was very complicated as the original 1958 one had been installed directly into the wall not on top of the tile. The bathroom looked amazing after it was finished."

It was definitely a 5 star experience. Matt seemed more like a partner than a contractorâ ¦he brought creative solutions and ideas to the project, was transparent with updates and showing off milestones as they were completed, and even went the extra mile to ensure quality (example: he insisted that siding be sent back because it did not quite match the rest of the house). He also hooked me up with a custom side door for my EV charger cord that is going to make charging outside so much easier. I will definitely be hitting him / Prestige up again in the future."

John did a full basement finish, outdoor deck rebuild, front stoop/landing rebuild, repaired/installed a garage roof, replaced windows and doors (interior and exterior), and many other projects related to these and others that arose throughout the project. John’s work was excellent, on time, and within budget. He was also friendly and easy to work with, sending me weekly status updates including both timing and budget. On multiple occasions throughout the project he identified unforeseen issues (e.g. rotted wood, debris that needed to be removed, pipes that were incorrectly installed or cut) and kept me updated and fixed the issues. John also handled ordering all parts (with my consultation) e.g. , handles, doorknobs, wallpaper, doors, hooks, etc. I highly recommend John and his team for any project."

He replaced the framing, insulation, drywall, drop ceiling, and associated trim and molding. He also corrected some structural problems that were uncovered at the same time, and rebuilt the handrails and banisters on the staircase. All in all, it was a great job and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended."
