"I am still in the process of getting my design approved by the city. I had a detailed idea of what I wanted for my renovation, and Vince was able to put it down on paper and adjust to my requests. (Previous architect drew what he wanted for my house, and completely ignored what I was requesting of the design and function of my house. ) Currently waiting for the permits, I don't believe that they will have any problems with the design he created. Blue stone landing is finally dry after a storm--for years the previous cement landing retained moisture for days after a rain. We couldn't be more pleased with the work and the workers.
