My parents has a really old water heater that needed replacing and J and J came to their rescue right away with exceptional customer service, pricing, and quality of work. J&J contacted me within 15 mins after I sent out a request on Angi. I had only sent one quote request because it was my first time ever using Angi and didnâ t know what to expect. So glad I went with my instinct and chose J&J out of the list of many. Within just a few hours, J&J arrived at the house with the water heater and did their magic! Karol even installed a safety pipe that my parents did not have for 23 years and explained thoroughly why it is needed and gave more safety advice which my dad really appreciates. My dad is a very difficult man to please but he is very happy with J&J! My parents are elderly and have an old house that by now, most things are breaking so I have been helping and working with many companies to fix so many things for the house this past year, including a new roof replacement just 2 weeks ago. Compared to other companies, J&J is honest, ready and eager to work, and their quality of work is professional which is very hard to find these days. How I wish I had found J&J sooner but I will definitely call them back for all future projects as well as recommending these two wonderful and friendly men, Karol and Martin, to everyone I know that needs any home improvement work done.

They came the same day and within hours Karol and Martin handled our leaky faucet and replace the pipe and drain need. I will definitely hire them again.

Karol and Martin were very kind. They helped diagnose an issue that had nothing to do with the problem theyâ d been hired to resolve.

Very quick to respond through phone and text. They were early and on time which is already a good sign. Unfortunately we couldnâ t get the full job done the first time but Karol was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was understanding about explaining to us the process of what needed to happen and went to the store to get additional supplies. Will be going back to them for the additional work needed!

We had lost our heat almost 2 weeks ago on a Friday (2 days before the first drop to below freezing temperatures). I requested 4 quotes via Homeadvisors.com that evening. The following morning, a representative from India called us back for Sears. They were not able to send someone out to us until Monday (we would've suffered through the deep freeze on Sunday). We never heard from the other 2 companies (don't want to name names). My husband heard from Karol of J&J that same morning. The great thing about Karol was that he walked my husband through different scenarios of what could be wrong with the boiler and tried to help him fix it over the phone. He was old school (giving great respect to the term) because he genuinely took pride in his craft, cared about fixing the problem, helped us understand the situation and was very honest. Since my husband couldn't fix it on his own, Karol came by the same day--took things apart with our 20-30+ years old but solid boiler, replaced a couple of parts and did a thorough cleaning. All is well since then. Other companies, for sure, would have told us a million other things were wrong and needed replacing. Other companies would have made a killing with us. We were so blessed and fortunate that we met Karol that day. I don't think that we will call anyone else in the future for any work on the house.

Great company!

They were very responsive. They helped me to repair a radiator that was leaking at the supply valve and on a separate appointment installed my gas dryer, including cutting out the vent for the outside exhaust. They were affordable and worked quickly. I am completely satisfied with their work. I spoke to them about future projects I will need to be done, most likely next summer, and will be more than happy to hire them.

Called them and came through same day. Was a little late getting home (thanks mta) but they were cool. Fixed my water leak issue and got the parts from just the pictures I sent them that morning. Highly recommended A+++

J&J re did my entry kitchen and 2 bathroom from demolition to plumbing to carpentry to the finish tile work. They are great and work very well and clean. Highly recommend this service contractor.
