"Mo was absolutely amazing. Possibly the best contractor I have ever hired. Had a situation with a clog in my main sewer line and he was extremely quick to respond. Even before arriving at the house he did a FaceTime to diagnose the situation and give me peace of mind. He moved his schedule around to come first thing in the morning the next day and his customer service throughout was great. He walked me through everything that he was doing and gave me counsel on how to avoid situations in the future along with different options. "Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful.
