"Having had work done in my home from small tasks to significant renovations I have encountered several contractors who perform marginal or substandard work so I decided to source a reputable contractor from Angi. After reading the comments and reviews, I arranged a personal meeting with Mike Melia for my bathroom renovation. Mike responded quickly to evaluate and explore and explain the best options while taking into consideration my handicaps. Throughout the project there was much infrastructure from prior work performed and existing conditions. Mike addressed all structural problems, plumbing and electrical repairs including a new sub panel. Mike has remarkable attention to detail for every aspect of work and he completed the work with a high standard of professionalism with his employees and subcontractors. Mike was on site everyday in constant communication with myself and my insurance company. He was unexpectedly neat and clean throughout the process. This very challenging project could not have gone smoother. He is personally knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Mike and his team. I am now using Mike and his team to build a full deck and to make structural repairs to my garage. "Harvey and his crew were absolutely top notch!! From the first moment I reached out to Harvey I had a good feeling, and that was confirmed when we met for an evaluation of the work and an estimate. Harvey's communication is probably the best of any contractor I've ever experienced, his prices are very fair, and he's punctual! My floors look like new and the walls came out beautifully, you can't even notice the spots that were so severely damaged before! Once the primary work was finished there were a few minor touches that needed to be addressed and Harvey came personally to oversee everything was done perfectly! You'd think it was his own house he was working on, he took such care! "I typically never write reviews but, since I found it so hard to choose a contractor to work with on the remodeling of a few rooms in our home I figured this may help the next person searching for a contractor. 
Lima contracting was fantastic.  We remodeled the first floor of our home in Cedar Grove, NJ.  The owner Rob himself kept us informed of timelines, what was next, how things were going, etc.  Rob & his team suggested we "opened" up the space a bit by knocking down a couple of the walls so...we knocked down the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room and the dining room from the living room.  We took down all the old cabinets put up new cabinets, granite tops and an island that we didn't have room for before.  Repainted all the rooms and put some gorgeous porcelain tiles down in the kitchen. 
Rob is fairly priced, he kept within a couple thousand of the original estimate and he showed us cabinets, tiles, paint, etc. that would keep with our budget.  He also had some suggestions my husband and I didn't even think of and it made such a huge difference on the outcome. 
They were quick, clean workers that did a quality job.  I will be using them in April for a remodeling of our bathroom & basement.  I would recommend this contractor to anyone and have already connected them with some family friends to do some work.
If your worried about finding someone with experience, uses quality workers, cleans up for themselves and won't rip you off...try them you won't regret it!!
