"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Paul was able to schedule my repair for the next day. He was on time. He was very polite and respectful of my home and property. He explained everything he did and why. Although he was not able to establish a firm diagnosis of why my refrigerator stopped working he was able to get it started again. I was more than grateful and appreciative of his efforts. "PLEASE STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS NIGHTMARE. This business stole a $4,607.71 deposit from me in November 2024. It does not matter how many times I call, it took picketing outside their storefront after 90 days to hear a single word from them. That word was that they never ordered my insert and they no longer have the money I gave them and they are not in a financial position to return my money. Something has changed and this has turned into a criminal operation. I have not seen any money returned from my deposit. They also told me the unit I ordered was not currently available, but the manufacture confirmed that statement to be untrue and I have another dealer installing within 3 weeks of visiting. You will lose your money if you give it to this place - you will get more heat burning those dollars. Look at Google and Yelp - I am not the only one that has been robbed by this company."
