Kieffers provided exactly the items I orders, exactly on schedule. Installation was professional, and done quickly. One item wasn't working properly, so they sent a technician over to check out the problem and discovered that it was a manufacturer error, so Kieffers fixed the problem at no cost to me.

We chose the appliance. We agreed on a fair price. They sent someone to the house to measure the space to make sure it would fit. Yes, it was fine. We called the salesman multiple times to set up the delivery. First he said he was working on it, give him a few days. Then he never returned our calls. After two weeks we bought the refrigerator elsewhere.
