Excellent, the tech was right on time and even helped me with other appliances without charging me. He also helped me with getting some of the cost under warranty. Great company, I will always call them in the future.

We purchased a dishwasher, cooktop and range hood from ABC Sales. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as we were choosing our appliances. We primarily worked with Jimmy, but Judy also gave us assistance when he was on vacation. They answered all of our questions. We are pleased with the choices we made.
Installation went very well. The two men who installed the appliances arrived on time. They were polite and friendly. They gave us tips on how to use and clean the appliances, showing us the Kitchen Magic stainless cleaner that they prefer. Not only did they clean the exterior of our 3 new appliances, but they also cleaned our stainless steel wall ovens and refrigerator! In our opinion, they went above and beyond to provide good service.

The installers arrived when they said they would, the products that were delivered were the ones I ordered and they were installed by professionals, who did an excellent job, especially retrofitting the two wall ovens. I was extremely pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of both, the salesperson and the installers. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to several friends.
