It was so easy and everything went smoothly -- from the time I first called to inquire if they had the model I wanted to the day of delivery, to placing the order and all the way through to installation. James Petrillo was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We definitely plan to buy our next appliance at Petrillo's.

They are decent but, there prices were average. Their installation was good. I would use them again.

There isn't much on display at the store.  I shopped around and touched and felt things at other retailers.  When I called to get their cost compared to others they were much less and they don't charge for delivery. You can pay by credit you just have to show up at the store to do it.

Salespeople were helpful and everything was delivered and installed as promised. 

I was especially drawn to an owner operated business to begin with, rather than going with one of the big box stores.  I have had good experiences with stores like Lowe's, but you don't always get the correct info.  When I ordered countertops from Lowe's, the store salesman told me I would have to remove my existing counters so that the installer could measure properly.  I thought this a bit extreme, so I called the installer myself.  I was really happy I did, since this was not the case.  I just think that if you are going to make a big purchase or have work done on your home, there has to be a real connection between sales and installation.  Going with an owner operated service, and checking it out on Angie's is , in my opinion, the best way to go.

On a recommendation from my appliance repairman and my own preference for working with a family business, I purchased a new washer and dryer at Petrillo's. Petrillo's showroom is pretty bare bones. The other customers who came in were contractors, and I think that contractors are probably Petrillo's normal clientele. I was helped immediately and knew exactly which model I needed. I chose the model out of a catalog and it was ordered that day.The washer and dryer arrived at Petrillo's a couple of days later. Petrillo's held them for a week on my request. The delivery guys were very pleasant, businesslike, and they arrived on time. Mark Petrillo called me the day before delivery to give me a time window and called on the day of delivery to advise that the delivery men were on their way. The only thing to be aware of with Petrillo's is that they don't take credit cards and don't provide computerized invoices. Even though they are located in the Northeast, they delivered to me in CC without a hitch. The price I received for the washer and dryer was the same as it would have been at a major chain with a 10% discount. I was pleased, however because there were no odd extras, such as a delivery charge.I look forward to purchasing at Petrillo's again.

We needed to purchase appliances for our kitchen remodel. We wanted a French door refrigerator but were limited to the size of the wall opening. Our salesman, John, worked with us to find a unit that would fit as well as the other matching appliances. They were very flexible with working with our contractor as to when delivery could be made. Once delivery was set it was right on time. When the range was found to be damaged a new unit was delivered within a day. Overall this was the easiest part of our remodel.

The installation technician arrived on time as promised and efficiently uninstalled my broken dishwasher, and then reinstalled the new one. He worked quickly and was very neat and thorough. He also took my old dishwasher to dispose of.
