"Received $11000 project quote for a solar panel installation with 0% finance. The quote was attractive, and I decided to go with this company. Applied for 0% financing card and got approved for it. However, after receiving permits, the company changed the contract to 6% financing option. The company insisted that the contract was originally 6%. After much discussion, it provided me with a very ambiguous and small fine prints as part of the contract. The installation was done cheap. The guys used cheap plastic pipe to get the electrical work done and also made a hole in the roof to run the electrical line through. All of these works were done without discussing it with the owner. After receiving the payments, no help or guidance for setting up SREC. You get what you pay for. I regret that I chose this vendor for solar panel project."

Mike spent about an hour with me walking through my home and listening to me and my ideas. He made suggestions based on not only my want but my needs. He explained everything never one making me feel rushed in the decision. When the day came to install a 4 man crew of John, Kurt, Cody and shane showed up first thing. Mike stopped by shortly after as the crew got under way.They were respectful and kept it as clean as possible. A few days later after my electrician had done his part I called mike and he explained the next step in the process( inspection).
