"Jerry is not your average contractor. He calls you back. He shows up on time. He completes the job until you're happy. One word of advice -- make sure you're there when he's doing the job if you're a perfectionist. I left my husband in charge and he really didn't know how to direct him. Jerry tried to send pictures to my phone but I really needed to be there to tell him. So Jerry came out on a hot Sunday morning to complete the exterior portion of the job to my specifications. The interior went fine. But the exterior was more difficult because it involved installing clapboard siding which Jerry had told me he had no experience with. I'm a preservationist and wanted it to look exactly like the house did when it was built in 1923. In the end, Jerry got it right. I really appreciate it as it was a job that no one wanted to do."

"We had to get some stucco done on the home, contacted Anthony Daly, who came out to look at what exactly needed repairing. Once we agreed on the updates, the crew came out to do the work. The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly.
