They were pleasant throughout the entire installation which took almost a week. They were always on time and always communicated the process with us. "We have used Vaughan for several years for regular maintenance of our heater and air conditioner units.  We usually take advantage of their pre-season service specials which are extremely reasonable.  They are a pleasure to deal with from their technicians (all have been good, but we especially like Dave) to their office staff.  It is easy to schedule an appointment (they give a 4-hour window, but can usually narrow that down on the day of service).  Technicians arrive on time, explain things thoroughly, and keep things clean.  Very competent and very honest company.  Nice clean trucks too.  I highly recommend!
