"I had the quote done in December and was hoping to nurse my 44 year-old boiler through 1 more winter. Well my boiler said it’s final goodbye in January-2019 so I moved forward with a new hot water boiler. I was able to schedule the installation within less than a week which I thought was good. The installation took the better part of a full day but was not really much of a bother as the team was able to access the basement through the bilco doors on the street. At the end they walked me through all of the work completed, answered questions and let me know to call them if there were any problems. A month into use it’s working perfectly and I am very happy about the whole process."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list.
