There was no call to cancel or to ask for another appointment. Now to be fair, it snowed the day before so I'm sure it would've been a little challenging to give an accurate assessment of my landscaping needs, but really, no call to cancel or reschedule speaks volumes to me! He came out the next day and gave me an estimate for fall yard clean-up that I couldn't refuse.. We picked a date, he came when he said he would, and my yard has never looked better!
