Overall, I was very happy with the installation of the new deck. When the job was done, I noticed an issue with the edges of the deck. Presented pictures and they said 'no problem' and sent the installers back out promptly and fixed it. For that reason, I would hire them again for any future projects.

Mike and Tri State were incredible from start to finish. They did our siding and in this time when it is so challenging just to get products. Mike kept us informed on every front, And always answered his phone and returned all calls. I will recommend them to family and friends. Our house looks like a brand new home. Thanks Mike and Staff. This company is top notch! Every single person I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable. They kept the communication going throughout. They always told me what was next and when it was going to happen. They showed up every time. Worked long days. Cleaned up every time. The finished product exceeded my expectations and I had very high expectations to begin with. Even the building inspector commented on what a nice job they did. I cannot say enough great things about them. If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with them - TAKE IT! You will not regret it.

tri-state did a beautiful job on my bathroom renovation, which included extending walls to enlarge the space. the cabinets, granite and flooring is gorgeous. i'm reducing stars because the communication on scheduling and at the start of the job was less than optimal. they use flat paint rather than a finish more suitable for bathrooms and they left me to deal with all the construction debris. even knowingvthis i would use them for another project.

The project manager on my job kept me informed via email throughout the project which was nice since I was traveling for work quite a bit.
