Quick accurate work

Owner of the business (Frank) was terrific. He took time out of his day to call me and discuss the issue I was experiencing with my AC. He was very patient in working with a third party insurance company. He had one of his repair men at my home 18 hours later. The tech was top notch, he had great knowledge of the system and all of the components associated with it. Knew what the issue was within 5 minutes and quickly repaired. Definitely one of the best AC repair experiences I've ever had.

Needed my gas fireplace serviced. The the owner got back to me right away, quoted me a price, and set up an appointment for the following day. Two guys came ON TIME and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend.

The technicians were very good and solved the problem with my central air conditioning. The next time I have a problem I would get other estimates of the costs involved.

We had problems with another company. All Bases Covered cleaned and tuned up our boiler and heating system. We had a good experience. Based on our experience, I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Easy to deal with, quick, excellent service

They did a great job diagnosing and remedying a malfunction in our HVAC system all in 90 minutes ~ where the men from the previously hired company spent 8-9 hours on 2 different visits trying to figure it out. The original guys decided we needed a new motor, since they couldn't figure out what else was wrong...and that's where I put my foot down... the system was only 4 years old! It turned out that they had put in the wrong transformer on the first visit, and wired it incorrectly! So, $325 to undo and correct, was far better than $3K for an unnecessary new motor!! All Bases Covered had and has our total confidence!

I was in the process of buying a house and my inspection revealed problems with the HVAC that the seller disputed. I hired Frank to come out and conduct a specialized HVAC inspection. He and his teammate were excellent, professional and thorough. Their inspection revealed more issues than even my original inspection uncovered, and this saved me from buying a lemon. My realtor even asked me for Frank’s contact info for his rental properties because he was so impressed with his work. I’ll definitely be using All Bases Covered again!

I used home advisor and found Frank, I was so lucky! My heat failed late night by early motif he called ad despite other appts he came that day by time promised even call it as he was on his way. He's friendly polite and listens..thinking he found the problem a part was needed so due to after hrs we had to wait till morning. He called by 8am on the road look if for this very old hard to find part..unfortunately more problems found..furnace was 34yrs old!!! We went with new unit and it was installed that day..not a planned expense but not unexpected..Frank made it painless as possible and I appreciate him ALOT..I recommend him HIGHLY""do

My project was not a central A/C installation, but a replacement through the wall A/C. They did a good job, especially overcoming some issues along the way. Would definitely recommend.

Frank and his crew installed a complete central a/c system in our home. I'm no a/c expert ,but it was very obvious he did a great job and took great pride in his work. He explained all aspects of the job before he started and gave us different options which he felt might be of benefit for our cooling needs. He wasn't the most expensive nor the least, but I feel he was the right choice for our project.
