Manny was responsive and timely. Called him at 11 am, had a new sump pump installed by 4 pm. Simply outstanding.

Manny was wonderful! I called many companies and plumbers to have my shower faucet fixed. I couldn't get a fast appointment and never got a good explanation of what options I had. Manny called me shortly after I emailed him; came the same day and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the issue with my shower. He is very patient, realistic, and honest. He gave me a fair price. Then he returned in 2 days, brought the parts I picked, and did an amazing job. We can't recognize our old shower anymore. He has a great work ethic. he was warning us when it was going to be noisy or dusty or something else. He did a job beyond all praise. I couldn't be happier. he is my lifetime plumber now and I will highly recommend him to my friends. He is the best plumber and a nice person !!

Manny was very professional and extremely knowledgeable as not only did he fix the issues but explained each step as he did it. He spent about 9 hours installing a faucet, sink & re-piping my basement since I had a bad clog. I felt almost as an apprentice with all the info and how well versed he was as I asked him what was happening. He truly loves his craft and I can say he put me at ease knowing that my issues were fixed. I will never use another plumber as long as I have his number saved in my phone. I will also recommend him to all friends and family.

Manny was very prompt, professional and priced well. As a mother of 3 young children being without a washer because the subpump went was far from ideal. Manny ordered the part but it wasnâ t expected in for a week. He happened to be at a Home Depot not in my area and he called me and said he found it and would be able to install it today if I wanted. That above and beyond service is hard to find these days. Thank you so much
