He reviewed exactly what he planned to do, when he was available and gave me an estimate right then and there. I was impressed with his knowledge; it was obvious from our conversation that he was experienced and knew exactly how to fix our problem including reworking the gutters in addition to the drains and pump. We hired Bob and he and his crew were out early on the appointed day and worked tirelessly for two full days.
