"I RECENTLY HAD MY ATTIC INSULATION REPLACED BY MASTER ATTIC. ALEX CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE. ( I DID HAVE 4 OTHER ESTIMATES) THE CREW LEAD BY ROBERTO WAS AMAZING. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE, CAREFUL IN MAKING SURE THE AREA WAS SEALED OFF AND WERE VERY CAREFUL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . (THIS INSULATION HAD BEEN UP THERE FOR 70 YEARS) NEW INSULATION WAS INSTALLED AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE CREWED CLEANED UP EVERYTHING , EVEN VACUUMED THE AREA IN THE ROOM. ALL BAGS OF OLD INSULATION WERE REMOVED PROMPTLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."

"Mr. Doyle was called after reading reviews on Angie's list and answered the phone when first called.  I gave him rough dimensions and he gave a rough quote that fit my budget.  He came over the next day to give me a final quote where it was under the initial one from over the phone by a couple hundred dollars!  The quote was to drywall my living room and bedroom closet.  He recommended that he demolished the one part of the wall in the closet that was not cut properly, which I agreed to with the quote he gave. He was very accommodating with a start date later in the week and was dead on on the number of days he needed to do the work.  The first day he did all the hanging of the drywall with 2 other employees.  He spent a total of 4 hours doing the cutting and the hanging and even started with the taping.  He came back 3 more times by himself to finish with the taping and to work on fixing a patch that was improperly done. He even did a "wet sanding" at the end as I had a newborn at the house.  He brought his own materials to clean up from any mess he would make.  He started on a Thursday and came back the next day.  He would of came back on a Saturday except I had a family function.  He was even going to come out on Sunday before he had a family function until the weather went sour.  He came back on Monday and finish on a Tuesday.

"Person who visited was very polite and noted that what I purchased was likely not something that would meet my expectations.  I wanted an energy audit, how my systems could be improved in home, lighting, heating, insulation and air conditioners.  What I got was a list of things they could work on and the price to do that work.  The work list in no way was considered an energy audit, rather it was a punch list of things I could do based on their visual inspection.  I did not have a comparison of work and benefit/savings calculation.  There was no checklist of inefficiencies and how that translated into energy losses. For example, multiple hi hat lights in house, they spoke about boxing and insulating a few, less than 10, when I have almost 90 in house.  Overall I was disappointed, the tech who came said the offering needed to be better presented prior to start of work."

CleanSpace came and cleaned and disposed of all of the soiled insulation and sanitized the space before installing new and better insulation . The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "From the salesman (Todd) to the office staff, to the guys who actually did the work... everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Todd the Salesman was amicable, knowledgeable, professional and worked hard to get everything in order.  Rich the owner, Brittany and Donna the folks in the office we dealt with were all wonderful, and responded to any inquiries or questions we had in a timely manner.
The workers themselves were punctual, professional, and skilled.  They minimized the mess from the job as best they could, they did excellent work... no complaints (even minor) at all.  They even went above and beyond the scope of their work, and properly vented our clothes dryer vent (something I had been wanting to do/have done for over a year) with no extra cost.
All in all, it was an absolutely fantastic experience.  Let's be honest...Having your home filled with workers with ductwork, insulation, tools, etc for an entire day is nobody's favorite day, but these folks made in nearly painless.
The work done was exemplary, the equipment is truly top on the line.  They use Rheem, which is #1 in the industry.
If you want it done right, done well, and at a reasonable cost... go with RC.
