"Very prompt response and follow-up on the estimate and bid. Very knowledgeable and courteous estimator visited our house and inspected the job making sure he understood the scope well before giving us a bid. Followed up after the bid to see if we had any questions, which we did and those questions were fully answered.
They showed up when they said they would, worked diligently through the day and a bit after it got dark to complete the job. Despite it starting to get dark, we didn't see them take any shortcuts and they still scanned the entire area for any debris left behind. We found virtually nothing left in the grass the next day. All the roofers were very polite and interacted well with us.
A couple days later two fellows came by to do the siding work. Very skilled and professional and they made quick work of what needed to be done. Did a nice job on the repairs on the siding.

"Ivan came & completed all of the work as scheduled in one day.  He removed the old materials & cleaned up the area before leaving.  He also reinstalled 2 pieces of flashing/siding that had previously been dislodged by storms.  The new gutters, downspouts & fascia have a very good, professional look, and have taken care of the previous overflow caused by the former sagging gutters.

"From the time we gathered estimates, it became clear that Luis and his team were very detailed, and very through. While they were not the lowest cost company, we chose them based on the process they described, our confidence in them from the way they answered each question, and the many good reviews they already received. Outside of a few minor communication issues the first few days of their work, the process was very smooth. They arrived when they said they would, and the crew was extremely professional. Following the initial scraping/power washing/caulking process, a supervisor spent an hour inspecting the work and recommending small fixes before they applied the paint to the siding. The next day (on a Sunday, no less) Luis himself spent two hours performing the same inspection. At the same time, they were flexible enough to work with our schedules and changing preferences Luis brought samples for the front door three separate times before we finally selected a color. In the end, they saved us from the worries usually associated with a contractor: they showed up exactly when they said they would; they finished the job exactly in line with the estimated time frame Luis provided up front, and best of all, the house looks terrific. I would gladly use them again."
