They did a good job removing the existing tile and installing the new hexagon shaped tiles in the foyer. I would use them again for other projects.

We needed to expand our bathroom to add a second shower in a complicated spot in our house. Santos was excellent and knew exactly what had to be done. His team was respectful, all costs were agreed upon before hand and remained unchanged, and they worked fast and respectfully. We are very happy with our new bathroom and the tile work, and we’re thankful to the Tile Pros team for doing a quick and beautiful job!

I have renovated 2 bathrooms last year with this company and was very impressed with the quality and price. This year I decided to do my last bathroom and it was another great experience. The crew works from 8-5 or 6 every day until they are done. They are very accommodating for any requests or modifications. They are very skilled and honest about their work. I would strongly recommend them and will hire them in the future for any other projects.

We were quite pleased with the work performed. Prior to starting the project, the scope of the work, with discussion of the many options involving construction and design, was very carefully reviewed. Santos offered good ideas when requested The general construction and tile work were excellent. The tile patterns were laid out and carefully aligned. The grout and caulk were applied and smoothed very neatly. Plumbing and new fixtures were properly installed. The shower floor and ledges have the proper slant. The work crew arrived on time and took care to clean at the end of each day. After the job was completed, we found a couple minor items that needed to be corrected. Santos responded immediately to our request and returned right away to fix them with a cheerful attitude. We definitely will hire him again for any future construction project.

This was by far my best experience with contractors. I was looking for past 7 years to remodel my bathrooms and never liked or trusted any of the contractors I interviewed.Many would mislead you that they do tile work and then they try to sell you acrylic wall’s for shower and scare you not to do tiles because you will have mold or leaks. I also wanted to install rain shower faucet system and non of the contractors would do it. They force you to buy particular brand of faucets and you have no choice to design your bathroom the way you want. Very annoying..My first interview with Santos was a surprise! He didn’t have a problem with any of my requests and he showed me a lot of of his work. I hired him right away. His crew worked every day from 8-5or 6pm snd finished 1 bathrom and one powder room within 12 days. Every day they would cover all floors clean up after the end of day. They don’t cut corners, they pay attention to detail s and take pride in the work they do. Very rare to see nowadays. The work they did is outstanding! My bathrooms are gorgeous and I can’t wait to do my master bath next year. I won’t recommend Santos and his crew for any remodeling because they are really skilled.

Tile Pros was THE best contractor we have ever hired in 25 years. They were professional, punctual, and honest from beginning to end. We went under contract with a house that would need a shower added to the first floor bathroom for my mother-in-law, who cannot do stairs. Santos was knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout the process. There was a small “dead space” of wall in the bathroom. Santos realized it could be converted into a linen closet and did so without extending the project timeline. Tile Pros is worth every penny for the peace of mind in knowing that you are in good hands with a master of his craft.

Santos and Tile Pros did an incredible job at my home. My floors were uneven and so in order to lay the 600 sf of new porcelain tile they had to level and adjust to get the tiles to lay properly. He worked diligently in accomplishing perfection on my floors. He protected the new carpeted floors and was very conscientious of my home.
