"So I took a lovely bath. When I drained my tub, a loud gurgling sound began to emerge from the toilet and tub, then my toilet exploded and sewage poured out and everywhere! I panicked and called my in-laws since he's a home contractor. He did his best to help but it was clear we needed plumber. I'm currently recovering from heart surgery and my recovery has been difficult... So I left a frantic message with Eddie's explaining that my toilet exploded. Even though it was super late at night, I got a call back! I cried on the phone about everything and he came to my place right away. The tech was a nice young guy, though not Eddie himself, and he and my father in law did whatever needed to be done so I could still use my toilet. It was quick and clean and he was professional and polite. I would definitely be using these guys again!

"After buying a new refrigerator, Home Depot told me I needed a plumber to run a new water line to the refrigerator. I was not happy with the Home Depot tech that called me. "The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

Left the work area clean after each day. (They were there for a total of 3 days). I had french drains installed in 2 areas of my basement, and 3 underground sump pumps and 1 above. They were also there to seal the outside of my home where water was coming into the basement. Carlos sealed off all the areas and prepped them where he needed to work. What can I say?
