"So I took a lovely bath. When I drained my tub, a loud gurgling sound began to emerge from the toilet and tub, then my toilet exploded and sewage poured out and everywhere! I panicked and called my in-laws since he's a home contractor. He did his best to help but it was clear we needed plumber. I'm currently recovering from heart surgery and my recovery has been difficult... So I left a frantic message with Eddie's explaining that my toilet exploded. Even though it was super late at night, I got a call back! I cried on the phone about everything and he came to my place right away. The tech was a nice young guy, though not Eddie himself, and he and my father in law did whatever needed to be done so I could still use my toilet. It was quick and clean and he was professional and polite. I would definitely be using these guys again!

The only con was the $20 gas fee This work was completed before gas prices went up, & I was already paying an $89 fee just for them to assess the job, which was additional to the work. I expected to pay the $89. ,but I felt the gas fee was unnecessary."

Left the work area clean after each day. (They were there for a total of 3 days). I had french drains installed in 2 areas of my basement, and 3 underground sump pumps and 1 above.
