"So I took a lovely bath. When I drained my tub, a loud gurgling sound began to emerge from the toilet and tub, then my toilet exploded and sewage poured out and everywhere! I panicked and called my in-laws since he's a home contractor. He did his best to help but it was clear we needed plumber. I'm currently recovering from heart surgery and my recovery has been difficult... So I left a frantic message with Eddie's explaining that my toilet exploded. Even though it was super late at night, I got a call back! I cried on the phone about everything and he came to my place right away. The tech was a nice young guy, though not Eddie himself, and he and my father in law did whatever needed to be done so I could still use my toilet. It was quick and clean and he was professional and polite. I would definitely be using these guys again!

Josh thoroughly examined the interior and exterior of the home and determined that the leak might be plumbing related. Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. The only con was the $20 gas fee This work was completed before gas prices went up, & I was already paying an $89 fee just for them to assess the job, which was additional to the work. I expected to pay the $89. ,but I felt the gas fee was unnecessary."
