"Prayer answered! Our church was ghosted by our original contractor prior to his building a disability ramp for our rental building that he had contracted with us. Thankfully, Angi’s List connected us with NB Woodworks, LLC. Anthony responded quickly to our need. Listening to concerns of both landlord and tenant, he provided helpful logistical suggestions. He managed efficiently all aspects of the project, deciphering difficult to read architectural drawings and working with the city on our behalf to expedite permits and inspections. He kept regular communication with us regarding the project’s progress, issues, and city requirements. Anthony braved freezing weather to finish the ramp for us in a timely fashion, and we are most grateful to him, Thanks to NB Woodworks, our rental now has ADA safe access and our tenant has full use of the building space. "A+ Professional Painting is THE company if you are considering painting you home. Derek was upfront explaining the lead time to start the job would be considerable, BUT the wait was well worth it.
From the first day both he and Brad were extremely conscientious about keeping the house clean and the work area organized. At the end of each day they would clean the area and place all the equipment in one space to minimize the inconvenience to me. A big plus since painting an entire house is quite a job. They were meticulous with regard to the prep work so as to ensure the finish paint would look perfect. Derek even went back to re-prep something he wasn't quite happy with. A sign of true pride and professionalism when the owner retraces his own steps to make sure he and the owner are satisfied. Both Derek and Brad did an outstanding job, making sure the walls were perfect before final coat.
All furniture and personal items were well cared for with both men listening and paying attention my concerns, very nice. All furniture and pictures were moved and replaced by them.
Both Derek and Brad were very personable, polite and showed concern for my convenience and routine.
I would rehire them in an instant for any future painting projects(blue room).
My thanks again to both Derek and Brad for making this as pleasurable an experience as painting can be.

"The fencing is incomplete. I've been trying to get him to finish the work, but he is unresponsive to my requests. There are nails sticking out, there are stones everywhere that they didn't remove, and a big gap where they didn't finish with the fencing. This is all hazardous. He came to finish my doors, but he messed them up. He took part of the frame and the storm door with him. He was supposed to install a new frame, but he put the new door on the old frame. He also did not install the door sweep on the storm door. The doors are incomplete and poorly done. I feel that he took advantage of me."
