"Harvey was friendly and knowledgeable. When he arrived he immediately knew what the issue was and how to fix it. He found a racoon up in the area where the squirrels were as well. He explained to me how he would repair the opening and prevent the squirrels from getting in other areas. In the process of gaining access to the roof to inspect the squirrel problem, Harvey advised that part of my roof was caving in. He even showed me a crack in the kitchen beneath that area of the roof that was a result of the cave in. He strongly advised that I replaced that section of the roof or risk a collapse, particularly with a winters worth of snow ahead of us. Although reluctant, Harvey made me feel confident that he knew what needed to be done. Due to the extreme cold and the holidays, Harvey kept an eye on the weather and planned to do the work on the one mild day, before a big snowstorm hit. As he advised, he finished the job in one day. His workers were polite and friendly and they cleaned up and carted away all their debris. He even patched the crack in my kitchen and painted it! He explained the work as it was going on and showed me a picture of the hole in the roof that had collapsed. I am very glad i trusted him. I wholeheartedly recommend Harvey and his workers. As someone who is used to unreliable and shady contractors, Harvey was a breath of fresh air. He is trustworthy and reliable, professional and competent and his prices were reasonable. Two thumbs up for sure!!"

"Following several disappointing attempts to engage a contractor, even one we had used previously, to refresh a second bathroom, we found ETC Home Improvement on Angie's List. While we saw a host of reviews that were nothing short of wonderful, we remained tentative. That was until we contacted ETC's owner, Eddy. He spoke with us on a Saturday, met with us the following Tuesday evening. He reviewed and discussed the scope of the project and offered his insights and suggestions that ultimately made the outcome even more pleasing to us. We were sold on this professional, pleasant man. Eddy provided the proposal in a timely manner. We agreed to contract with Eddy and he and his crew started the project the following week. Both Eddy and his personnel were professional, friendly and considerate of our home life and our home throughout the work process. They prepped considerately and cleaned up at the conclusion of each work day. Three and a half days later, our bathroom was done as a result of the very professional and methodical work manner of Eddy & his crew. Almost forgot to mention that Eddy's pricing was very fair. We bought certain items for the project and Eddy provided others as part of the quoted price. There were no unpleasant surprises. It was such a great experience to work with Eddy & crew! We have several other home improvement projects coming up and, needless to say, Eddy will be doing them for us!"

He went the extra distance by responding ASAP, coming to our home, giving suggestions on design, really listening to us and providing us with itemized costs the next day. Our ceiling to floor bath renovation included the removal of a hall closet to enhance the length of the vanity and shower. The end result is an amazing transformation. Our new bathroom is like stepping into a luxury spa! All aspects of our renovation were handled by skilled tradesmen who had solid work ethics and focused attention to detail. "Anthony Nastasi of NB Woodworks, LLc, has our highest recommendation. He has worked with us over the past year on a variety of projects aimed at refurbishing and improving our home. This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. We highly recommend Anthony's carpentry skill, as well as his problem solving, planning and coordination skills. He is also a dependable, honest person of fine character."
