A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The work required excavating a small portion of the foundation on the exterior and filling a crack in the foundation wall down to the footers. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job in a single day as predicted. Sam was affable and a bit aggressive with sales pitch but mostly returned calls in a timely manner. Work was adequate, but there were mistakes made - low spot on walkway that collects water next to foundation, crooked edges, uneven placement of some concrete. They left a mess, splattered concrete on house siding that required power-washing to remove; dirty greasy handprints on vinyl siding that needed scrubbing to remove, lots of gravel left on lawn; broken drain pipe, left forms on-site for over a week despite constant calls."
