In the end, we had all debris removed, a French Drain installed, Sum Pump, sprayed our floor joists with an anti-microbial, insulation installed between the floor joists, rebuilt a wall dividing a room, Regrouted, Parged foundation pillars, installed a vapor barrier and roughcasted my stone foundation walls. Additionally, we had a dehumidifier installed. As of February 2022, our crawlspace has been dry and maintaining good humidity levels. In the end, the only negative we had during the project was was a small clean up issue. After addressing this problem with Dan, he was quick to respond and compensated the clean up costs. A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done.
