I contacted Zoom Drain in April because I found a leak under my kitchen sink. They were quick to respond and prompt for their appointment. I didn't write a review at the time because I was just in shock at how much they charged. They changed a pvc pipe and were here less than 30 minutes. It was over $500! I was just glad the leak was fixed. But here we are 2 months later and I discovered there is still a leak coming from the pipe they replaced. I called last Monday, June 24. They would not give me an appointment. I was told they were super busy and would send someone if there was a cancellation. By Friday I called again and still I had to argue with them to give me an appointment. I got a text yesterday confirming my appointment for today, but no one came. I called three times and was told they were on their way from Philadelphia and they would call me. No one called and no one came. They had me waiting all afternoon. They should stand behind their work and be willing to follow up if needed. It's really disappointing. I could have had this fixed last week if they hadn't given me the runaround. Really unprofessional and unacceptable.

The guys were professional, communicated well and on time. On a side note their truck was amazingly clean inside and out. ;)

The two workers were polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They explained everything they would do clearly. Each step they showed me the procedure and progress. They ensured everything was resolved when they were finished.

Zoom Drain was a pleasure to work with. They came out super fast. The technicians were on time for the appointment. Getting the text notice they were on their way was super helpful. The technicians were knowledgeable and very thorough. They talked us through the entire process and even sent a video of our cleared drain. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends!
