"I had a great experience with this company. They came out to my house and not only replaced the pipe that was cracked, provided recommendations to prevent this from happening again and also recommended a different valve that has a bleeder on it so that we can drain the pipe that wasy as well. They had the valve with them so they were able to complete the job in 1 visit. Very nice people and I would definitely call them back for any future plumbing needs."

"Their salesperson arrived promptly and provided me with a lot of information about their process. An estimate followed promptly as well. I own a condominium unit in an aging community (the infrastructure, not necessarily the residents). As a result there is a lot of concrete work to be done. The board decided to have one slab done with this process and see if it was something we wanted to use in the future. The first time the technicians arrived they were a day late with no call. An emergency had arisen on their previous job and I was only informed when I called and was asked why I had waited until the end of the work day to call. When they did arrive the next day they worked on the slab but were not able to level it. I was told they could put the trip hazard in a less conspicuous area but couldn't eliminate it. They had to come back to seal the joints so I agreed to see what the slab looked like at that time. By the next day the slab had sunk and the trip hazard was as bad as before. I called, spoke to a project manager and expressed my dissatisfaction. When the the crew returned I was offered the same excuses for not being able to level the slab and again an attempt was made to put the trip hazard in a less conspicuous corner of the slab where proximity to a shrub made walking over the hazard less likely. After several more days the slab had again settled. I called and reminded the project manager that they guaranteed no more that 1/4" settlement and that my job had never achieved that level to begin with. A crew was sent out a third time this time with a technical supervisor. Again the slab was raised, the same excuses were offered and the trip hazard remained in the least dangerous place. After a couple of weeks the slab now seems stable if not level. Quality 1st is a victim of their own promotional materials. They promise far more than they were able to accomplish in my situation. They showed driveway slabs, factory floors etc. being leveled perfectly with their process. My job, a single slab of a sidewalk, couldn't be managed. The community will not be using this process or this company in the future."

"Excellent work. Right after the installation, hurricane Ida hit. Not a drop of water. It all went to the French drain system, if anything penetrated. The smart jacks will prevent further buckling in the house due to secondary settling. Kudos to Andrew Troy and Matt!"

"I'm not fully moved into the home yet, but I will update when I am there permanently. The crew was very professional, worked diligently, cleaned up after every day of work (three day job--french drain expansion, two additional sump pumps installed, window drains into the sump pumps, pretty extensive job)."

"Had foundation support done. Very courteous. Professional. Complaints: The carpet is worse for wear and they didnâ t always hit the 4 corner connection point of tiles with their drilling."

"It was my opinion, following years of attempting to find the source of the problem, that we had an issue with the drainage of a washing machine. Naturally, I anticipated a major project of having to run a new/separate drain pipe for the washing machine. This would have involved extensive plumbing along with carpentry work to close up any opened walls. After a through walk through, Tom discovered that the problem was actually minor and he quickly resolved it. All the years Tom spent becoming a Master Plumber certainly paid off for me! Thanks!

Infact the work crew found an additional crack in my foundation and fixed it. When I inquired about what the additional charge would be I was told none, because they Stand by their estimate. Truly amazing father and son team. Hire the,, you will not regret it."
