"My family has a home warranty through a service provider that just isn't reliable, is questionable with their service tech's and don't provide professional service. I'm just fed up with it. A friend referred me to Angie's List and within hours, I had a contractor come out, given me an estimate that was really good, came and did repairs, cleaned the work area and made sure I was satisfied of everything that was done.
