They are great. I like them a lot and I cannot recommend them enough.

The plumber arrived on time and took off his shoes upon entering the house. Wow! Before removing the old toilet, water was removed from the tank and bowl, and then placed the toilet in large plastic bag. He fixed the old pvc opening and inserted a metal bracket for the new flange. He carefully assembled and installed the new toilet. You can tell the plumber takes pride in his work. He left the bathroom very clean.

They always do great work! I will hire them again!

He was punctual, polite, cleaned up after himself, and answered my questions. He serviced my central heat & air conditioning system, and replaced a malfunctioning condensation pump.

Very well, quickly spotted the problem and fixed it.

Very professional. Orlando was on time, courteous, and explained everything he was going to do and did. The price was fair, and very honest. I would recommend this company and will call them again when I need work performed again.

He arrived a little early, which was nice. He took off his shoes even though I did not ask him to, which was thoughtful. I explained the problem, he made two recommendations, I chose the cheaper option to only repair the outdated 3 handle system instead of updating to a newer design. He took about an hour, and completely cleaned up after himself. There is still a little water coming out of the tub faucet, almost all out of the shower head (which is an improvement), but he explained why and checked the water pressure to make sure that was not contributing to the situation (he determined that the water pressure regulator did not need to be replaced). The leaking coming out of the diverter handle was completely fixed, and the almost constant dripping from the tub faucet was completely fixed. He also answered a question about central heat/air servicing.

It went great.

I was able to email photos of the old hot water heater and location and get a quote via email. Their quote was $500 less than I had paid someone else for replacing the same water heater eight years earlier. Their crew arrived on time and did a fine job, even redoing the prior installer's venting because they didn't think it was to code. Price was exactly as quoted, no muss, no fuss. Would definitely use again.

THEY ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED- REVIEWED OUR PRESENT GAS LINES TO THE FURNACE/ STOVE ETC AND GAVE US A QUOTE.

THEY OLD US THE EXPECTED PROGRESSION OF PERMITS, INSTALLING THE GAS LINE,PLUMBING INSPECTOR DOING A PRESSURE CHECK & WHEN APPROVED THE FINAL HOOK UP TO THE GRILL. THEY EVEN SUGGESTED WE GET THE PERMITS(HOW TO APPLY FOR THEM) TO SAVE A FEW $ & WE DID.

THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE VERY PATIENT ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS, TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF,ETC AND FINALLY INSTRUCTED US ON HOW TO START & SHUT OFF THE GRILL

I WAS RELEIVED TO SEE THAT 2 SHUT OFF VALVES WERE INSTALLED: ONE ON THE DECK BEHIND THE GRILL & ONE IN THE FURNACE AREA WHERE THE NEW GAS LINE  TO THE GRILL STARTED.

Everything went very well. Their employee Orlando was on time, very professional, explained everything.

They came and identified the issue that it was not the lines but a leaky toilet problem I was having, so they fixed it.

He came out and did exactly what I needed done and left. They are excellent and like I said they did exactly what I wanted. It seem like a fair price to me. He is very professional.

They did a very nice job.  In fact the guy cleaned the sink for us. That was a good price too and they did a nice job.
