"We thank this customer for their feedback. If you notice all of our other reviews, you can see that we excel in every aspect of Angie's List grades, but there is always room for improvement. There are discrepancies in this review we would like to address. This was a new customer to our company that called us for a salt delivery for a water softener and wanted 8 bags of salt. We scheduled the very next day for that delivery. This customer does not have a water softener, but they did have a neutralizer system which corrects the acidity in the water. This system takes calcite not salt, so the technician was not prepared to complete changed service request. Our technician did happen to have an extra bag of calcite so he added some calcite in your system and suggested another visit to complete the job. Our office called that day to set up another appointment to finish the calcite refill. Unfortunately for April 13th we did need to move the window of 11-1pm to 1-3pm, but we needed to get confirmation from the customer. We emailed two days prior of the appointment with the time change (April 11th) but because we didn't hear from the customer for 2 days via phone or email, we were forced to release the available slot to the next appointment. We did end up communicating via email later that afternoon on April 13th which was the day of the appointment at which time the customer expressed disappointment that the spot was no longer available. Michelle called Joe (Owner) and explained the situation and he said that he would be able to go that same day. It is stated that we did not go and finish the job. Joe personally went to complete the service that same day in which we were paid via check. We do appreciate the feedback."
