"After several years of trying to use this company, not just one but overall bad to work with. This last pool opening was the last time I will ever trust them to open or close our pool. Don;t bother calling and complaining when there is an issue, they only respond to reviews, and the reply will be bs. This last time I requested they come back and correctly install the ladders, I wasnt home to babysit, so my mistake. They are surprising vindictive, terribly unprofessional. Lazy, Sloppy, Careless I could deal with, but acting out when someone complains and breaking my stuff is entirely different story. The parts they broke when they came back arn't expensive, so I will just take care of it myself and hire an actual professional to do the job next time. Its just not worth it to deal with such low lifes."
