"The staff at Pure Aire are very professional, friendly, and thorough. From the call to schedule an appointment to the time the gentlemen came to perform their service was a very pleasant experience. When the gentlemen arrived, they identified themselves and wore their masks. Very careful with their equipment and cleaned everything up when they were finished. After cleaning the dryer vent they tested the dryer to make sure the air flowed properly and heated properly. I've used Pure Aire for a few years. In the past I've used them to clean my duct work along with dryer vent. I've always been very pleased with the service I receive from Pure Aire. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
