The part was no longer carried by the manufacturer so Chris found a place to re-manufacture the unit thereby saving us the cost of a new oven. Chris did a great job and I would definitely use him again for any appliance repairs."

Aldo did an excellent job of educating me, as a customer on all pros and cons of repairing my existing unit vs replacing with a new one. There was no pressure at all in me making the decision that I did. I agreed to replace the unit and Aldo and his team came out the next day to do the job. All and all, the entire experience was exceptional, above and beyond my expectations, pricing was reasonable and affordable. My new appliance is now registered with a 10 year warranty, and I know that I can count on Aldo and his team to stand behind the work they did.
