"I sent Art an email asking about his services.  He was extremely prompt in his response and I decided to schedule an appointment.  He was able to get me on his calendar quickly and performed an initial security assessment.  I had all kinds of ideas of what I wanted and I was impressed that Art had a solution for everything.  He's highly knowledgeable in the products and does not try to oversell you anything.
I'm technical and was interested in remote monitoring capabilities and home automation.  While I am technical, you definitely do not need to be to use this security system (or the home automation functionality)...it's all quite simple.  
Due to the nature of a security system, I cannot disclose details on the specific system or the cost.  I can say that it is thorough, complete, and exactly what I wanted.  The solution was customized to my exact needs based on what I wanted, not anything I was pushed towards.

"After a couple of unexpected incidents of vandalism in my neighborhood, I decided it is finally time to get serious about security. Angie's List led me to ADT; Fisher (last name) came over to my house the same day I called and walked through my entire place to give suggestions on the security system that best fit my needs. He is helpful and knowledgeable without a hint of pushy sales person. Fisher also secured a next day installation for me. The next day, Hector came to install, it was complex with a wifi camera and a bunch of sensors. Hector was polite, knowledgeable, super helpful and very neat in his installation. He provided a great demonstration and training on how to use the equipment and gave some great suggestions. I had some trouble with the camera the 1st night and I called Hector at 8:30pm, he trouble shoot my problem and resolved it in less than 30 minutes. Overall, a flawless experience. Everything went very well with M&D when I called for their help.  The customer rep who answered the telephone had great customer service skills.  M&D were quick to respond and they managed my expectations around the locksmith's time of arrival.  M&D sent a very competent worker named Daniel who assessed the situation and described all my options and prices before moving forward.  Of course, I would have liked the total price to be lower but the locksmith was so professional that I decided to replace other old/missing locks in the house as well.  
Daniel went back to the store, collected the additional door knobs and locks and returned to complete the rest of the job. He moved quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant to interact with.  In addition, he gave me quick tutorials on a couple of the new locks.  I was very pleased to have so much work done after having postponing the lock changes for so long.  M&D turned my bathroom lock-out accident into a positive experience!
