Locksmith
I called and was told the repair would cost $300, and that?s what I paid. He did try changing the price on arrival to $400
Same day: Service was completed and I left the technician the full payment?all agreed over the phone beforehand.
Arrival: No call ahead?they arrived almost 4 hours past the timeframe I was given.
Failure: After working a few times, the key stopped functioning about two weeks later due to the battery. I drive maybe four times a week.
Follow?up: Upon reaching out again, I explained the problem?but when I challenged any implied fault or vacancy, his tone became dismissive and very unprofessional.
He is one of the only locksmith around unless you find one on facebook marketplace. Not to many other option.
He did send $25.00 back for a replacement of a key.

After having a "handyman" replace the deadbolt lock on my front door, I suddenly wasn't able to lock my door!! Pocono Locksmith sent Andrew and in no time at all he correctly installed the deadbolt. He also advised me on how to get the missing latch for the new handle that was part of the set and he will come back and take care of that for me. I'm very impressed with this business and would highly recommend Pocono Locksmith.

Both times both technicians at Pocono locksmith were courteous prompt and professional they had comparable pricing and I have definitely recommended them to friends and neighbors if they needed anything in that area. They definitely offer a variety of services from the way it was explained to me on both occasions in case I ever needed any type of services in the future.
