Art and his team did a great job installing our new security system and setting us up on our mobile devices. Very pleased with the service. Monthly rate is reasonable.

Art Rosenberger gave me good servie and possibly a good price. It is up to the Knights of Columbus to approve the package. I am getting bad reviews from them at this point in time. Some people feel we just don't need the system in a country church. I don't agree with them.

Art was great to work with and showed us all the options available and helped us decide on the best setup for our needs. All work was done in a timely and, more importantly, professional manner. We had numerous follow-up questions as we were learning the nuances of the new system that were always promptly answered to ensure we were completely satisfied with the project. I was very pleased with Shield Security of LV and Art! He spent time with my wife and I explaining our current system (hardwire by the previous owners) and what we could do to upgrade. He was very upfront about pricing, services, and was sure to give us plenty of time to ask questions. There was no sales tactics or "pushes" to sign-up. Once we decided we wanted to go with Shield, it was very easy to schedule installation. Installation took about four hours. Both Art and his co-worker were friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. They took the time to explain the new panels and how to use the TotalConnect app on our phones. Art had mentioned to continue to reach out to him via phone/e-mail/text if we had any questions or concerns. If you're in the market for a new security system or want to upgrade an existing one, I would highly recommend Shield Security of the LV. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and there are no contracts. I am happy to be a customer!

I don't think I could ever say enough good things about Shield Security and Art. Got a text message that my security system wasn't connecting via cellular and were concerned that if something happened it wouldn't dial in. Had no idea anything was wrong. Fixed almost immediately with a home visit. When problems are fixed that you don't even know exist I wish there were an A+ rating option.

I needed a home security system for my 81 yr old mother who lives in the Lehigh Valley. I live in Los Angeles and needed something done quickly that would be easy to operate and also be controlled remotely from my phone or computer. These are the guys you call. I called all the top names in the business and would only be able to speak with a sales center. When you call Shield you speak directly with the owner Art Rosenberger. I explained the situation and Art suggested a set up that addressed all of our needs and concerns. On top of that Art was there for the install. His guys were all very professional and took the time to explain the system to my mother, who is not tech savvy. His price is very competitive and the product is fantastic. You can pay for the service monthly, quarterly or yearly and are not locked into a contract. Look not further, save yourself a lot of hassle and call Art.

Excellent. Price was fair. Every step of the way able to discuss exactly what we wanted and how we could make it work. We have had the system for a year now and it works as well as the day in went live. I have recommended Shield to multiple people since that time and will continue too. Overall the best experience we have had with installation at our home.

He has an extensive knowledge of security systems and he customized our system to fit our needs without unnecessary add-ons. A great listener. Art was great to work with.  We were having some trouble with an already existing (but disconnected) alarm system in a house we recently purchased. I called Art up for help and he came out the next night after work to look over the system, fill in some knowledge gaps on my part, and convert the system so it would at least alarm locally until we decided to sign up for a service. He was very prompt, polite, courteous, and professional.  His rates were very reasonable and at least on par with others in the area if not a bit better.  I would use him again and recommend him to others.

We are so satisfied with the service we recommended him to our daughter who is a single woman living in her own home.

I sent Art an email asking about his services.  He was extremely prompt in his response and I decided to schedule an appointment.  He was able to get me on his calendar quickly and performed an initial security assessment.  I had all kinds of ideas of what I wanted and I was impressed that Art had a solution for everything.  He's highly knowledgeable in the products and does not try to oversell you anything.
I'm technical and was interested in remote monitoring capabilities and home automation.  While I am technical, you definitely do not need to be to use this security system (or the home automation functionality)...it's all quite simple.  
Due to the nature of a security system, I cannot disclose details on the specific system or the cost.  I can say that it is thorough, complete, and exactly what I wanted.  The solution was customized to my exact needs based on what I wanted, not anything I was pushed towards.
Art is a man of integrity.  He's extremely professional and personable.  Security is not a t-shirt, so why chose a small-medium-large option like the other vendors?  Talk to Art and design the system that best fits your needs.  He will be able to address your questions and give you peace of mind.

Let me begin by simply stating – you cannot go wrong with Shield Security.  Mr. Rosenberger is by far the most knowledgeable and reliable person I had the pleasure of dealing with when deciding upon, and eventually choosing, a security system for my new home. He explained the various systems and all the available functions available to me and went over the costs. Together, we chose the system that best fit my needs and not once did he try to sell me anything beyond what I needed. I am far from tech-savvy, so it was crucial I had someone who could ensure I understood all aspects of the system and Mr. Rosenberger did just that.  He even quizzed me on the emergency codes I must remember in case I am ever in a dangerous situation.  Installation was done on the date we decided upon, on time, and in a professional manner.  My Shield Security System is easy to operate and, as a woman alone, gives me great piece of mind.  He uses Honeywell products which I learned is the preferred brand in the industry. Reliable, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and, simply, a nice person, Mr. Rosenberger and his product will always be my only choice in security.

The representative explained in detail the options, costs, and advantages of each security solution. The installation was smooth and the follow-up was thorough. I am very happy with the system and felt the instruction I was given was more than adequate. I am very pleased with the system.

Our service call today went great.  Art provides excellent customer service, follows up on every email and phone request and is an expert in the field.  I have been a customer of Shield for several years, dating back to my time in Atlanta, Georgia.  I was so impressed with their service in Atlanta that I contacted Art once we purchased a home in the Philadelphia area.  He has taken excellent care of my family and is always available to answer any and all questions.  We are confident the Shield team is always looking out for us as well 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If our alarm goes off, we immediately receive a phone call from the Shield team.  I sleep well at night knowing our home is protected with Shield Security Systems of Lehigh Valley.  I also know our home is being protected when I am home during the day or when we are away.  I would not use any other company for our security needs.  I would highly recommend Shield to all Angie's list customers.
