"After having a "handyman" replace the deadbolt lock on my front door, I suddenly wasn't able to lock my door!! Pocono Locksmith sent Andrew and in no time at all he correctly installed the deadbolt. He also advised me on how to get the missing latch for the new handle that was part of the set and he will come back and take care of that for me.
